1 Introduction

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

Providing materially inaccurate registration data constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

You must not share your credentials with any other person. gamespk6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, or suspect that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify gamespk6 support immediately via the contact details provided on the platform. gamespk6 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.

5 KYC Verification

gamespk6 operates under international online gaming standards that mandate Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed, and may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or periodic account review.

Standard KYC documentation required by gamespk6 includes:

Deposits are typically credited to your PKR Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. gamespk6 does not apply processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method selected and current verification queue volumes. gamespk6 reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds before processing.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

gamespk6 offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentive offers to eligible players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail only with respect to the specific offer in question.

General bonus rules applicable to all gamespk6 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to one person, one household, one device, and one payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• While a bonus is active, maximum bet per spin or per game round is limited to the amount specified in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are played first before Real Money Balance, unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.
• gamespk6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the original bonus grant.
• Bonuses obtained by exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in the platform are not valid and will be reversed without compensation.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gamespk6 platform — including video slots, live casino table games, crash games, Plinko, Monster Plinko, and sportsbook betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided within each game interface, as well as the following general gameplay terms.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game software providers. gamespk6 does not alter, manipulate, or interfere with game outcome generation.
• Sportsbook odds are set by gamespk6's pricing systems and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet. Subsequent odds changes do not affect previously confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform error during a game round, gamespk6 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome using server-side game logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant game round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's PKR Wallet.
• gamespk6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement (commonly referred to as "past-posting"). All such bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• The use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic — and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are non-negotiable elements of the gamespk6 platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the gamespk6 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, per household, or per device
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal details without their explicit consent
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or suspicious financial activity through the gamespk6 PKR Wallet
• Exploiting technical bugs, software glitches, or platform errors to generate illegitimate winnings
• Participating in coordinated bonus abuse, syndicated betting, or match-fixing activity
• Using automated scripts, bots, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with gamespk6 staff members
• Accessing the gamespk6 platform while voluntarily self-excluded or during an account suspension period
• Facilitating or assisting any other person in committing any of the prohibited acts listed above

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the gamespk6 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, graphics, text, game interfaces, sportsbook layouts, promotional materials, and underlying software — is the intellectual property of gamespk6 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gamespk6 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any gamespk6 content without prior written authorisation from gamespk6.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamespk6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gamespk6 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside gamespk6's reasonable control may periodically affect platform availability.

gamespk6's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action — shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time of the relevant claim.

13 Privacy & Data

gamespk6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the gamespk6 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
